Hydraulic Oil Cooler Systems
The Kustom Cooling Hydraulic Oil Cooler system is the most complete, robust, lightweight oil cooler system available on the market today. The foundation of the system is a 30 or 60 GPM rated hydraulic cooler assembly in conjunction with a KCP Hydraulic Filtration and Distribution Manifold assembly. The KCP 60 GPM Hydraulic Oil Cooler System can be used to replace a chassis mounted reservoir system of up to 180 gallons, while providing many benefits over the traditional reservoir system. The first thing noticed is the drastic weight savings. The KCP 60 GPM Hydraulic Oil Cooler comes in at a mere 117 lbs compared to the 1,300 lbs of a 180 gallon reservoir system. Secondly, the KCP Hydraulic Oil Cooler maintains the hydraulic fluid at a consistent optimum temperature, which maximizes both the efficiency and life out of the hydraulic components. Also, the KCP Hydraulic Filtration and Distribution Manifold provides both supply and return filtration, which provides maximum protection of all hydraulic components by ensuring clean oil is being provided to all components of the system.
To complete KCP Hydraulic Oil Cooler Package and make it a true "System" there are a few options:
1. The KCP patented Electric Thermal Management fan controller. This option is perfect for the operator that operates the cooler in conditions that subject the heat exchanger to high amounts of dust, airborne debris such as agricultural, forestry, mining and any other vocational application where the heat exchanger is exposed to conditions that contribute to clogging and ultimately an inefficient cooling system. The controller is fully automated and can be programmed to provide a pre-determined set point for fan turn on, fan reversal for debris removal, and manage a reservoir heater for cold weather operation to pre-heat the hydraulic oil. The KCP controller fully automates the system and does not rely on the operator.
